Once candidates have applied for a job, applications have a status of received, in progress, offer, hired or closed.
If the status is marked "in progress," this means the application is still being considered and is in one of several stages of the human resources review process. This status also might mean multiple applicants are being considered for the position. Though it may vary by role, the entire application process may take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. Once interviews are complete, we will extend offers to the candidate that we feel are the best fit at that particular time.

This indicates that our recruiters have matched your profile to a specific need at one of our business sectors and that you will subsequently be evaluated for that position. If you are not interested in the position, you may withdraw from consideration at any point. Any job matching a recruiter does on your behalf does not discontinue you being considered for any jobs you already applied for, nor does it mean that you should not apply for jobs on your own. You can create your profile when you first visit the site or when you apply for a specific position.
The Candidate Home within your profile lets you check the status of your applications. Scroll down to the submitted applications portion of your candidate home to review your submission status. This means our hiring team has received your application and are reviewing your materials to evaluate how your skills and experience fit the listed requirements in the job description. One a decision has been made regarding your application status, you will receive a notification.
You cannot add a referrer to your application once it has already been submitted. "Position withdrawn" or "position closed" means you won't be considered for the position. "Vacancy filled" means someone has been offered the job and that person accepted. In some cases, your application may have gotten rejected but still shows "under review" status.
This means that the company is disorganized to update the application statuses or that they have too many applications to even bother. If it has been too long then it is safe to believe that you didn't get selected. The selection process for many of our available job opportunities includes an assessment. Depending on the job, the assessment may take place before, during, or after the interview process and may be administered online or in-person.
